![]() Executive CoachingGoals for coaching may be around stress reductionand well being, transforming relationships or self esteem and emotional intelligence; the focus of which are all designed to help you to learn how to get the most from work and life and to connect with your fullest potential. Having listened carefully to your requirements, we will explore collaboratively how best to approach working together. This may include inviting you to complete a set of questionnaires, known as FIRO Elements of Awareness, which offer immediate and valuable insight into your behaviour, perceptions, attitudes and fears, and how these impact upon your ability to show up in the world in a way that is authentic and productive. The focus of our work will be to explore your experience of the challenges which present in your current day situation and your attitude and reactions to these.We will then explore ways to overcome blocks to potential that are realistic and enduring. Our ability to effectively manage our lives, work and relationships is often influenced by the following:
The development of self awareness and an understanding of HOW you sabotage your best endeavours will enable you to step into a more effective way of responding to the challenges that come your way – a more skilful means of reducing stress, achieving your potential and re-engaging with life in a healthier and more productive way. I will then support you to put your awareness into good effect to: Working with Creativity and Flexibility to Suit your Particular Needs My coaching approach includes Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, FIRO and other Humanistic approaches.
