Executive Coaching

Goals for coaching may be around stress reduction
and well being, transforming relationships
or self esteem and emotional intelligence;
the focus of which are all designed to help you to
learn how to get the most from work and life and to
connect with your fullest potential.

Having listened carefully to your requirements,
we will explore collaboratively how best to
approach working together. This may include
inviting you to complete a set of questionnaires,
known as FIRO Elements of Awareness, which offer
immediate and valuable insight into your behaviour,
perceptions, attitudes and fears, and how these
impact upon your ability to show up in the world
in a way that is authentic and productive.

The focus of our work will be to explore your
experience of the challenges which present in
your current day situation and your attitude
and reactions to these.We will then explore
ways to overcome blocks to potential that are
realistic and enduring.

Our ability to effectively manage our lives, work and relationships is often influenced
by the following:

  • Our self awareness and presence
  • Our relationship to ourselves: our sense self worth, self respect and self esteem
  • Our automatic and often maladaptive reactions and
    coping mechanisms
  • Our belief systems and judgmental thinking
  • Our sense of choice and self empowerment
  • Our ability to understand and manage relationships
  • Our sense of purpose and intention for what we want from life
Exploration of the above will help you to gain a greater sense of clarity into your situation. This will help you to determine what you can and cannot change and how your own unconscious beliefs and coping mechanisms exacerbate and reinforce your stress levels.

The development of self awareness and an understanding of HOW you sabotage your best endeavours will enable you to step into a more effective way of responding to the challenges that come your way – a more skilful means of reducing stress, achieving your potential and re-engaging with life in a healthier and more productive way.

I will then support you to put your awareness into good effect to:

  • Use your awareness to deal more effectively with stress
  • Choose your reactions as opposed to being enslaved to them
  • Develop breathing techniques to find a stable centre
  • Connect with a place of inner calm in the midst of pressure
  • Develop clarity and focus when you feel overwhelmed
  • Improve self esteem to enhance relationships and achieve potential
  • Facilitate compatibility to meet the needs of others
  • Increase your emotional engagement at work and in life
  • Learn how to let go of what you cannot change
  • Develop an increased sense of aliveness and energy
  • Improve your health and well-being
